Unlike stainless steel sinks, granite composite sink structures are composed of two primary materials that are blended together and molded into the shape of a sink. The composition breakdowns into granite stone dust and acrylic resin, and the combination make a resilient product. As an engineered product, the combination results in an extremely durable material which is stronger than quartz and has a better scratch resistance (much like solid granite slabs). A wide variety of solid colours, with minimal fading due to the product’s inherent structure and will remain true and stable throughout the sink’s lifetime.
